Everything seemed to fall into place this year. As a result, I can honestly say that 2014 has been my best year of highschool and maybe even one of the best years of my life. Within the year I was able to find out who I am, who I want to be, and who I want to surround myself with. Everyday brought new highs, new lows, but more importantly new adventures in my last year without "adult responsibilities" as my dad would say. Beautiful beginnings and bittersweet ends were experienced during this year. I can only hope and dream that 2015 would bring equal (hopefully more!) happiness and good vibes. But if not hey....Life is Good.
2014 was a year of firsts but especially a year of lasts. I took my first SAT, bombed my first SAT, took my last french class, aced my second SAT, made new friends, said goodbye to beloved teachers, went to EDM concerts, had my last first day of high school, and my last (thank goodness) midterms!! This year was the last year of being kid. After this, we all go on to college and create a whole new mess of ourselves there. But something I will treasure from this year was my ability to finally accept who I am and who I want to be. Hopefully 2015 will be kind and bring me as many blessings as this year. Happy New Year everybody! I can wholeheartedly say that 2014 was a great year. Of course it had it's ups and downs, but over all it was filled with more good than bad. It was also filled with milestones. I started senior year, turned 18, got into college, and basically set up my life for the next four years. I can only hope that 2015 brings half of the happiness that I experienced in 2014. I think it's better to ask myself "What didn't happen in 2014?" The even year was filled with both challenges and triumphs, accomplishments and adventures. And looking back at it all right now, I can wholeheartedly say that's its been a really good year for me. The end of 2014 has wrapped up nicely, and I look forward to the next chapter ahead. But the "nostalgia" of the past year lingers. So I can gain some closure, here are my top 14 pictures (selfies) of 2014. |
